I am sharing a tall boy can of this beer at my bestie's house in Charlotte, NC. It poured a hazy golden with thin white head that left some lace. The scent had fresh fruit notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with bright semi sweet malt base with fresh fruit hop presence. The mouthfeel was medium body and good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.

I am a sucker for a clear IPA. Wolf Smack packs a wallop. It has a great hop kick and merits a repeat. It looks and smells great, and the hops right hit the spot.

Appearance: Served up a light shimmering bronze hue with a slim, loosening, white head.
Smell: Hop notes scented of strawberry, spicy resinous herbs, contemporary melon, lemon-lime, florals, powderized grapefruit peels. All atop a modest malt nose of cracked grains and soggy loaves.
Taste: Fast flash of grains, bread with a little, light sweetness. A vigorous bitterness and the aforementioned hop elements giving an impression of a strawberry-melon salad generously tossed with herbs, citrus and garnished with one lone piece of hard candy (J-Rancher). Slight twinge of alcoholic heat. It is not the most crisp thing around, so it leaves a bit of a languid finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-plus body. Medium-light carbonation.
Overall: It's alright.
