Look: Pours a strong black coffee color with a thick caramel head that melts to a quarter inch wide ring around the edges with scattered puffs of foam clouds in the middle. The lacing lingers forever on the sides.
Smell and Taste: Red Velvet cake and coffee. A great combination!!!
Feel: One quintessential Imperial Stout. Blended quite well balanced with the level of carbonation, ABV, and the flavor profile.
Overall: I don't give 5s but maybe I should. This is a great beer. Kudos again to Monday Night brewing.
