Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Quad brings all of the comforting joy of this classic confection with none of the crumbs. Our potent quadruple ale is aged for 2 1/2 years in rye barrels, where it intensifies and takes on the subtle smoky, spicy character of its container. Then we fold in heaps of raisins and cinnamon, yielding a deep, dark and inky 11.4% ABV ale with warming spice aromas and a silky finish.
