Beer poured from bottle into non-stemmed wine glass
A - Body has a straw/hay pale colored look to it; not very healthy in appearance; the body of the beer was clear; the head was white, head was less than half a finger in size; barley held at all; no lacing formed on the glass
S - Straw; rice and corn; very grainy, almost like dried wheat; subtle and light malt finish
T - Light malt flavor of bread; high flavor or tangy corn and grain; flavor profile is rather weak for a artisanal style beer; rice, rice, rice; typical adjunct lager taste
M - Slight bitter aftertaste follows up the clean and crisp finish; thin body and dry
D - This beer really wasn't unique and really tasted much like a light lager; lots of corn and grains, nothing else in terms of flavor or scents really stood out in this beer; kind of hard to swallow too; thin yellow body and flavor; for a beer of artisanal quality I expected a lot more; I'd pass on another
