Neat, sour lager, never would have expected that. Had on tap at Row 34.
No real head, crystal clear golden color.
Nose nice sour lacto, creamy sour very little funk, blond malt, little raw dough, faint barrel notes.
Taste brings more sour lacto, lactic acid and mild funk, clean sour, little blond malt, juicy tangy funk and decent acid kick, bit fruity and sour apple like funk. Little flemmy tangy acidic finish.
Mouth is lighter bod, little flemmy, decent carb.
Overall eh, OK but not special, more sour dough like with appley funk, light too, interesting but nothing too special.
