Pours the color of cider with a translucent clarity. Nose is lactic, vinous, oaky and buttery. Taste consistent with nose - nice complexity; however, I have to say that two weeks in the growler, despite maintaining its carbonation, showed a drop-off in flavor. Mouthfeel is light in body with a mild carbonation and a light acidity. Overall, a decent sour with a fair amount of complexity. Reminded me of a JP offering.
