L: a raspberry like reg, with white head
S: raspberry jam spread on raspberries. Tart
T: just like the nose, this beer is as tart as it is good
F: great carbonation, very tart and refreshing
O: by far JA's best sour. To bad it ran out so quickly!!

About 2 fingers of light head, white with a red/pink hues. Rasberry red body. Nose has some róse characteristics, light cherry notes, rasberry, some oak, a touch of funk. Taste is tart raspberries with some sweetness and dry wood notes in the finish. Fresh raspberry flavor comes through well. Very clean and refreshing. High carbonation which cuts through the slightly syrupy feel in the latter half of each sip. My favorite of this series so far.
