Canned 8/18/20, hope this is good, could use a nice low abv beer to sip during weekdays
Pours a fair fizzy bubbly 1 finger head with med retention, hazy med-orange-gold color
Nose brings a nice pilsner malt, griany-sweet, quite doughy even more so than normal, little gristy cereal like, touch of corn, light floral hops
Taste does taste a bit on the young side, but plenty of flavor, lots of grainy-sweet pilsner malt, with a little corn and gristy malt, cereal, with more dough as well, soft lager with a bit of sweetness, young malt quite a bit like a Kellerbier, hops kick in with med-lighter bitterness and nice herbal floral flavor, finishes drier a touch sweet, med spicy hop bitterness
Mouth is med to lighter bod, soft lager, med-higher fizzy carb
Overall a pretty nice pilsner, quite a bit like a Kellerbier but that's prob the best way to get it at such a low abv and still nice mash flavors without tasting like wort, I could def drink quite a few of these, so great job!

Pours slightly hazy, pale gold in color with one inch head. The smell is amazing. You know that smell of fresh doughy malt you get when entering a good brewery...that is captured here perfectly. Taste is fresh lemon, crisp grain, white bread dough and light earthy hop. Light bodied, slightly bitter, high carbonation. Delicious beer...Should have picked up more of this. Jack's Abby makes a bunch of delicious lagers but this...wow.
