Dirty gold clear pour with lacing but no head. Smell is classic czech pilsner: pilsner malts, grains, grassy hops, lemon zest, and crackers. Taste is more grainy and slightly earthy compared to the smell, but still very clean and crisp. This can also be said for the feel, well made.

Clear gold with a thin white cap of fine bubbles. Good head retention (constant stream giving it support), some lacing. Balanced aroma, malty, bready and caramel with grassy and floral hops. Easy drinking too, with moderate bitterness that was more pronounced in the slightly fruity, spicy finish alongside grassy notes, mild malt sweetness. Great texture, creamy and medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Very good.

Poured into pokal
A: Pours a straw, golden-yellow with a creamy white 2 finger head.
S: Grassy, earthy, with a ton of grain and fresh bread aromas with hints of sweet, honey, malty notes
T: Clean pilsner malt with delicious noble hops giving flavors of light spice, earthiness and grass, especially in the finish.
M: Soapy, yet clean. High carbonation that tingles.
O: An excellent American made Czech pilsner, which is too rare these days. Simple at first, yet subtle in its complexity; this is for refined palates. A must try for Czech beer lovers here in the states.

Bottle from Colonial Spirits.
Pours a slightly hazy medium golden color with a smallish bubbly bone white head that quickly dissipate to a cap on top. Aromas of spicy hops and rich bready lightly toasted pilsner malt make up the aroma. Clean rich lightly sweet bready toasty malt offset with spicy earthy hops. Medium body with a moderate to high level of carbonation and a lightly sweet slick bubbly mouthfeel. Really nice Bo Pils here. Clean, simple, flavorful. Come to NH already!
