grabbed this one at the brewery a couple days ago. a limited (first time ?), growler only release of floyd's folly aged for 8 months in Indiana spring mill bourbon barrels from heartland distillers.
poured cold from the growler to a 14oz snifter a dark caramel brown with nearly no head, just a few short lived bubbles.
great big bourbon aroma, oak, vanilla, toffee.
medium bodied, very little carbonation (but i suspect its more a result of the first half of the growler being from a kicked keg - hoping the second growler shows more life), nice sweet / bourbon balance. big bourbon, toffee, more oak as it warms.
super drinkable.
the low carbonation issue is the only downside here.
