My 400th beer to review on BeerAdvocate! Yippee!
I'm continue to be impressed with the state of the art of brewing in Indiana.
Poured from a 12 oz bottle into a glass. Spice-laden citrusy aroma immediately greets me.
Pours a very hazy gold liquid with a white head. Definitely looks like a Belgian wheat beer.
Flavor is excellent. Massive amounts of spices, along with some hops (more than I expected) and citrus notes. A little bit of banana and cloves. And maybe some black pepper.
Starts sweet then moves towards tart and bitter. Finishes fairly sweet.
Mouthfeel wasn't bad but a bit thin. I would have like just a bit more body and/or a bit more carbonation.
