A: Pours with a hazy straw-color: The tall white head is very light and uneven. Lots and lots of bubbles. No lacings.
S: Raw and unbalanced. Kind of artificial. Sour notes dominates - and not sour in a nice way...
Doughy malt and yeast. Some wheaty notes, but very mild.
T: Bachteria! Something have infected this beer - sour and raw. Wild-yeast is the only flavour that stands out.
M: Sour and unpleasant aftertaste. Body is thin and carbonation is strong.
O: Sadly they seem to have problems in their production-line (this is not my first Asundi with bachteria).
