Pours dark brown, not totally opaque, with a light tan lacing for a head.
Smells of brown sugar and biscuit malt with a slight smokiness.
Flavor of biscuit malt, light cocoa, brown sugar, and a faint smokiness.
Light body with minimal carbonation, cask-like.
A pretty solid dark lager with some nice flavor and aroma. Not fantastic but well above par and worth trying. Drinks easy and smooth.
