Poured a slightly dense orange-gold body with decent head that quickly died. The aroma has notes of lemon and acidity but was muted and no real spice or yeast. Light body, not thin nor juicy as has a lemony, almost soapy acidity to it with minimal bitterness and has some depth thanks to yeast (not typical hefe nor bubblegum) and there is a smidge of spice on finish (basically this is a tampered down hefe).

Quite possibly the best hefe I've had, to date...
Beautifully appealing golden ocre colored brew with a sweet, malty odor and taste - unique doesn't do it justice. It definitely does break the mold and in the best of way. Great job, Helltown...

A flavorful, excellent wheat beer. This is going on my regular beers list along with East End's :).

Not my favorite here. Slightly hazy. Overall not bad, but with this many options I would choose one of their other selections

This is a good one and I happen to be a great lover of Hefeweizens, so it’s fantastic to see another excellent one coming from my hometown. Pours a cloudy body with a nice 2 finger head. It looks more like a witbier than a Hefe. Scents of bubblegum, soft cloves, and bananas. Taste is similar to the scent. Very delicate hints of coriander, wheat, yeast, bubblegum, banana, and cloves. Medium bodied and very quaffable. Great summer brew.

Clove and bubblegum aroma and flavor with a slight twang. Very refreshing and drinkable.
