750ml bottle that was capped and corked poured into snifter.
A: Deep obsidian night the head was very fizzy and a nice roasted chocolate in color. It disappeared immediately.
S: Lots of sherry upfront, cherries, leather, some chocolate,
T: The taste is a little muted compared to the smell. Nice chocolate, lots of alcohol heat, the sherry is very present. some of the anise roasted malts is there.
M: Starts out rather thin then becomes a bit more thick and oily on the end. Carbonation is surprisingly high.
O: Its a tad harsh, smells good flavors do not come together though in the taste. The more you drink of it, it smooths out a bit.
