12oz can poured into a Sam Adam’s perfect pint
A- pours a clear copper color with a one finger foamy off-white head that reduces to a film on top
S- brown bread crust, caramel, floral hops, brown sugar
T- sweet caramel malty notes up front with some brown sugar. Mid-palate gives some brown bread crust with some herbal/floral hop undertones. The finish is sweet with more caramel on the linger
M- medium body with moderate carbonation leads to a slightly foamy mouthfeel and finish
O- I bit sweeter than a typical Okto but enjoyable

The poor a very deep dark Amber Brown good carbonation fading out to a nice lace ring. Smells of typical sourdough bread oats of toasted malt and a bit of grain. Taste is about the same sweet herbal easy to finish sourdough bread kick. Mouth feel is a bit more herbal than I expected but it probably makes drinkability a bit better. Overall worth a try Pennsylvania proud very tasty!
