Reviewed from session notes.
Appears a pale yellow with plenty of cloudiness, some sediment chunkiness, and a sturdy head that leaves some minor lacing behind but impressed me most of all by sticking around for nearly the entire glassful, even though I took my time with it. For something as murky in appearance as this brew was, it did not have a very thick body or texture at all, for which I am grateful. Rather, we have a textbook crisp weizen body and mouthfeel here, impressing me even more than the appearance did. Aroma presents a simple blend of gentle wheat malt and a faint accent of floral noble hopping. What I don't smell, however, is any kind of honey aroma. Granted, that's a very subtle thing, but I can't find it at all. The honey does make a very brief and very dry appearance in the finish of the flavor, after a lightly noble hopped pale wheat flavor.

"Honey infused wheat ale featuring Hallertau hops"
Into a tumbler glass it pours a hazy pastel yellow, constant champagne streams of fine carbonation. Head retention is good, the head never breaks for the duration of the glass. Initially there's a fingers width of pillowy white foam, some sticky arcs of lacing. Pouring the sediment, it becomes opaque with an orange tint.
Smells grassy, mellow wheat and minerals. Simple and clean, nothing too crazy.
Feels crisp with a lemony bite and very lightly bitter grassy aftertaste. Wheaty and clean, smooth with a nice crispness to it. A clean session wheat ale with a light hop presence and clean feel. Good transition beer for macro drinkers.
