A-Pours a pale golden straw color with ample white head that leaves nice lacing on the glass. Depending on how you pour there could be a good deal of cloudiness due to the bottle conditioning and the resulting sediment.
S-Almost no aroma but what is there is mostly sweet with a hint of pine.
T-Somewhat watered down flavor overall. Slightly buttery hop flavor with some pine and a little malt body.
M-Very light and watered down. Fairly light carbonation. Slightly dry.
Overall, not a great IPA especially when the label talks up the 120 minute boil and the hops. It's actually quite watered down. The flavor isn't bad it's just so light. This brewery makes some creative beers, I had their coconut wheat at the Great Taste of the Midwest and it was very good so this is disappointing.
