Reviewed from session notes.
A. Lemonade colored, very hazy and clouded with particulate, two fingers of fizzy soda pop head that died back in about two minute's worth of sipping without leaving any lacing behind.
S. Pale wheat malt with lemon peel, light-colored maple sap and a tiny amount of tangy sourness.
T. The wispy sourness in the nose is the only element from the aroma which does not also appear in the flavor profile. Very much dry, which is rapidly becoming apparent as a signature element of this brewery's yeast strain(s?). My only complaints are that the maple and wheat malt -could- have been amplified a fair amount, as is, the maple tends to get lost in the background behind all of the lemon-peel hopping.
M. Light bodied, good carbonation and texture...nothing wrong here.
