Bought at the restaurant/brewery a few months ago and poured into a Perfect Pint.
A=Lighter yellow with hint of green and cloudy...foamy white head of 3 fingers lasted well over a minute...very inviting.
S=Sweet, little hop presence. Some floral notes.
T=Bourbon undertone, with a mild sourness...I haven't had a kölsch in years, so I can't say if this is a good representation of the style...lemon zest is present as well.
M=Light body with moderately low carbonation...refreshing enough to be a session beer.
O=The brewer conveyed that this was one of his more costly beers to make, but this is also the best of the five of theirs that I've tried. May be good with pizza or even grilled chicken...light and enjoyable.
