Pours a hazy pale-ish gold. White head. Super effervescent. Definitely overwhelming saison yeast aroma. Some lemon and vinous character as well. It has some nice earthy qualities to it. I believe it professes to have some menthol flavors and that's definitely the case. There's definitely some cooking herb character to it too. Dried rosemary? On the other hand, the fact that this beer is gluten free hurts the body of the beer. Overall, this is definitely a very interesting beer for the palate, but I'm not sure its qualities resonate with me.

Bottle: Poured a golden color ale with a medium size foamy head with OK retention. Aroma of peppery mint and light tea leaves is quiet singular. Taste is a mix of light tea leaves, peppery mint, some grainy malt notes with some faint lemon and mineral notes. Body is quite full with good carbonation. Refreshing mix of different flavors makes for an interesting beer overall.
