Bottle: Poured a cloudy brown color ale with a large light brown foamy head with good retention and minimal lacing. Aroma of apple notes with some Brett and grainy cereal notes is singular but enticing. Taste is a nice mix of apple with some residual sugar notes, some funky Brett notes with light grainy cereal notes. Body is full with good carbonation. Very singular beer with complex flavour profile. I’m not sure I could detect all of the ingredients but the beer was still very enjoyable.
