L: Pours lemon juice pale straw yellow grey w only white edge foam, well carbonated, almost no lacing.
S: Corn, sweet light grains, green apple, a hint of citrus pith, lemon grass, white grapes.
T: Bittersweet, lemon & lime zest, lightly sour, moderate citrus, a light sensation of yeast, a little grassy. A bit sharp overall and refreshing.
F: Essentially a cola-like feel, light bodied w a rapid finish that is semi-parching.
O: A curious beer that might actually fit into a different style for some as it has a lot of personality for a Light Lager and a gently resinous & zesty linger. I'd almost call it a Gose Light. It is good tasting and good in its style.
