Quite a mass really, lots of cognac and booze. Not too drinkable. Certainly infection apparent. Thanks for sharing, Brian. Mouth feel pumped up by something but it isn't something pleasant.

Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a medium size dark brown foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of nice creamy chocolate notes with some light liquor notes is quite enticing. Taste is also dominated by some nice creamy black chocolate notes with light dry roasted malt which is offset by some well-balanced Cognac notes. Body has a nice creamy texture with good carbonation and no apparent alcohol. Super well-balanced barrel-aged stout with super reasonable price tag.
