The color is brown. No head... Clear. Slightly effervescent. The aroma is light. Some caramel malts with roasted malts. Fruity, but very light presence. In the mouth, this beer taste fruity with the presence of caramel malts. Light beer. More like a session beer than anything else. The effervescence is present in the mouth. Session beer. Delicious and refreshing. One of their best bottled beer.

Bottle: Poured a light brown color ale with a medium size foamy head with some average retention and minimal lacing. Aroma consists of light semi-sweet caramel malt with light toffee and cereal notes. Taste is also a mix between some semi-sweet caramel malt notes with light toffee ands cereal notes. Body is average with OK carbonation. Run of the mill amber ale.

Picked this up in Quebec City.

Poured from a 341ml. bottle.

Appearance: A red-amber body with good foam though the lasting power could be better.

Smell: Caramel, very malt-like with some fruits and a tinge of hops.

Taste: Strong bitterness upfront, more mineral-like than hoppy. Good base of fruits. A nice flavor.

Mouthfeel: Carbonation is active and despite bitterness, it remains smooth and well balanced.

Overall: A good beer with enough character to make this one a try-again.
