Bright pale straw color with moderate pearly activity. Foamy white 3-4 finger head, lasting around 10 minutes, with moderate legs. Flavors of sweet grains, light apples, lemon, lager yeast, floral hops. The smell is properly flowery. Slick and rounded full body with moderate carbonation, lightly crispy. Light strength finish, sharp malts and fruit, a hint of leaves and barley, no corn or very faint, and a proper vegetable feel. A bit dry and tongue coating, yet well balanced. For a true interpretation of the style it's a winner, quite similar to an Urquell so it's more like a Czech, yet a bit more flavorful and probably not as complex although very close! It's fresh and satisfying, grainy and leafy, a pleasant to drink highly accessible brew. I find it rare to find a good pils. Overall very good quality craft.

Pours a wonderful gold colored beer topped by a generous foam with a fruity bouquet along with a honey scent. A good summer, brisk and balanced beer with cereal and hop flavors that carefully offsets its light bitterness with a hint of sweetness that goes down smoothly.

A:
Pours a thin yellow color with a really active, airy white head. A big, scummy cartoonish head. Takes four pours. Good retention, a bit of lacing.

S:
Yeasty. Lots of dried fruit and tangy, bready notes. Nice, not overly sweet.

T:
Crisp and clean. Tea, some grass and tinges of light citrus.

M:
Flat, not too impressive. Soft and earthy up front with rising tinges of acidity and a smooth, curt finish.

O:
Pretty tasty brew. Good for a hot day. There are obviously better beers, but there are much, much worse. Might try again, wouldn't seek it our or anything, though.

Bottle: Poured a clear golden color lager with a huge pure white foamy head with good retention and some good lacing. Aroma of clean cereal with light crisp hops notes. Taste is a good mix between some clean cereal notes with some residual sugar notes and light dry hops finish. Body is about average with good carbonation. Well brewed with nice cereal notes though maybe a tad too sweet for my taste.

Picked this up in Quebec City.

Poured from a 341ml. bottle.

Appearance: A quite clear pale yellow body with a thick, very white head that holds at one finger.

Smell: Grassy, a bit of salt, vegetal hops, cereal and a certain honey sweetness.

Taste: At first, the taste is very mineral-like, almost a bit harsh. As it warms, banana notes, fruits and mild spices come out. Has a touch of saltiness on the lips.

Mouthfeel: Best feature. A crisp snap, well rounded body and refreshing.

Overall: I was put off at first by the flavor but let it warm up and it gets better. Certainly worth a shot.
