Pours a black color. 1/2 inch head of an off-tan color. Slight retention and slight lacing. Smells of slight roasted malt, sweet malt, hint of hops, alcohol, sourness, and slight citrus. Fits the style of an American Wild Ale. Mouth feel is sharp and crisp, with an average carbonation level. There is also a strong tangy feel to this beer which is very appealing. Tastes of roasted malt, slight sweet malt, hint of hop, hint of citrus, hint of floral notes, and strong sourness/astringency.
