Served on tap at the brewery, in a pint glass. Poured a cloudy, brown color, produced a decent off white colored head. Retention was great and it featured very nice lacing left on the glass. The aroma consisted of sweet malted grain, caramel. Medium in body, this Scottish Ale tasted of sweet malt, caramel and earthy hops. Overall nice example of the style, good session beer! Prost!

Pours a cloudy, brown color. 1/3 inch head of an off-white color. Great retention and good lacing. Smells of sweet malt, slight caramel, slight syrup, yeast, and a hint of dark citrus. Fits the style of a Scottish Ale. Mouth feel is smooth and clean, with an average carbonation level. Tastes of sweet malt, slight pale malt, hint of dry hop, hint of caramel, slight smoke, and a hint of earthy malt. Overall, good appearance, aroma, feel, body, and blend.
