Pours a black color. 1/5 inch head of an off-tan color. Slight retention and slight lacing. Smells of roasted malt, sweet malt, slight liquor, slight alcohol, vanilla, and a hint of wood. Fits the style of a Russian Imperial Stout. Mouth feel is sharp and crisp, with an average carbonation level. Tastes of coffee, roasted malt, hint of sweet malt, liquor, alcohol, hint of hop, and a hint of wood. Overall, good aroma, even better body, but the appearance is a little weak.
