We took a classic brown ale base and added cold press Custom Cup Coffee, which is a small-batch coffee roaster just 7 miles down the road. The blend has a perfect balance of the two types of brews. Everyone needs a Coffee Break!

Gusher. Nonstop foam gushing out, the beer turns to foam in the glass and overflows when gently poured.
Murky reddish brown and copious khaki foam. Looks like an unfiltered brown ale.
Aroma has a sharp acidic note, cidery and weird plastic. Not much coffee anymore unfortunately.
Taste is sour. Ashy roast in the aftertaste. Infected badly.
Thin bodied and sharply acidic. Drainpoured most of the bottle. Sad waste of $10. Only 4 months old, avoid these bottles.

Dark brown color, descent head. Mellow, dark malt with a nice touch of medium roast coffee. Sweet and roasted at the same time. Medium body with solid carbonation. Very good. I would say it's closer to a brown ale than a porter.
