Pours a lightly hazy orange-copper in color with a finger of off-white head. Aroma is a bit muted but I get some light tropical fruits and a touch of bready, toasty malt. I dig the flavors here; lots of papaya, cantaloupe, and green melon. The fruits start candied and a touch sweet but finish balanced. Good mouthfeel, medium body and carbonation. I'm really digging the flavors in this beer, I'd definitely recommend this one.

Papaya, lime, pineapple and pine resin. Real nice level of sweetness. Decent amount of back end bitterness. Finishes dry. Real good. These dry hopped Ricochet's are bring it.
