Poured into an inwardly tapered pint glass, from a one pint can. Alc. 7.0% on the label.
The look is a hazy straw gold with a wonderful thick white head, which remains into the session.
On the nose is wonderful piney citrus.
Taste is a lot of flavor. Hoppy citrus up front with a pleasant lingering bitter tang at the back.
Feel is OK
Love the artwork on the can's label. I managed to peel it off to stick somewhere in my kitchen !
Sad to hear they are retiring beers. They just closed their tap room I heard and they had a quarter mil $ cost overrun with the brewery, which is typical these days. Hard to recover from.

Tasted on February 9, 2019 at the brewery.
Nice thick ring of lace after the first sip. A good blend of lacing styles thereafter. The liquid had a strong haze. Darker gold color.
There's a surprising oatmeal smell initially. Lots of cereal.
The flavor is more like Grapenuts, meaning it tastes like raw malted barley, more so than any beer I've had before. The hop, while present, definitely takes a diminutive role here. Again, very much like cereal. Not appropriate for the style but very drinkable.

Orange, melon, grapefruit pith, pine, stone fruit and citrus rind. Biscuit malt. Medium finish. Lower carb level. Prickly bitter, dry finish. Less sweet. Not bad.
