Hazy with a darker gold color. Decent head that never completely fades. Excellent lattice of lace on the glass.
Light alcohol nose, A bit earthy.
The malt is a bit thin and brief due to the sharp hop bite. The carbonation is higher than usual but well within the limits of the style. The alcohol remains strong on the tongue, culminating in the swallow. The bitterness takes over in the aftertaste, lasting a long time.
