I had the chance to try this beer at the brewery side by side with the original Bad Decision Juice. Overall, I think the original provides the better beer.
Cloudy, golden color. Light spotting on the glass. Tiny head.
The smell is straight up bittering hop without any of the nuances of the original.
The body is neutral with a lower level of effervescence. This makes for a smoother initial taste. The hop comes through strongly in the swallow. The flavors aren't very distinctive. Bitter and lasting aftertaste.
