this was my favorite of the three beers i had in here, lots of character and quite unique. i always find it funny when a brewery doesnt name their beers, and just calls it by the style, that seems like half the fun to me, but whatever. the beer is good, golden yellow and fizzy from the tap, very light looking, and not collecting much head despite the obvious carbonation activity. i smell the honey right away, summery and sweet, a floral aspect to it, with the herbal chamomile there too, i like that both of these ingredients are immediately apparent in the smell. the wheat malt is super light here, this drinks like a mild blonde or something. flavors are good, but seem a tad strong without much grain character to balance, and there is an estery thing here too, almost belgian, lemongrass and orange peel and candy. all of it works pretty well though if you like a flavorful glass of beer, and i sure do. more body to match the flavor robustness would help, but not a lot more, i like it being so light too. overall an enjoyable and distinct brew, good with their outstanding fish tacos!

Tried on tap at the taproom. Looks like a witbier. Aroma of a witbier, but honey and chamomile are not very obvious. The flavors do bring out the unique ingredients. Easy to drink. A very well-made and balanced beer that is exactly what it claims to be.
