Pours clear gold in color with one half inch head. Taste is cereal and grain with a touch of pilsner malt. Light bodied, sweet with high carbonation. Makes for a solid example of the style.

A- Pours a medium golden in color with a small to medium head of about 2 fingers. Lots of carbonation is continuously rising, even long after the pour, and the head retains in a moderately thick film for a good while. The body of the beer is translucent as is expected for the style.
S- The scent of this beer hits the nose with a surprising burst of lighter malts. It is very malt forward before displaying any of the traditional light and grainy scents of the style. Those scents are present at the very end of the smell, but in no way dominate the scent as expected.
T- When this beer hits the tongue, it is very straight forward and simple in flavor. Light malts greet the taste buds first and spread across the tongue before giving way to adjuncts in the middle and back half of the drink. In the middle and back half of the drink, the aforementioned light adjuncts move the flavor of the beer away from a light, pilsner-like malt flavor, towards a grassy and lighter, grainy flavor. The common, "skunky" flavor of Euro lagers creeps in right at the end of the drink.
M- This beer is light and easy drinking, yet very smooth on the palate. The initial is feel is light and highly carbonated, but the carbonation subsides a bit and gives way to a very smooth drink in the back half of the drink.
Overall, this is your basic Euro lager that is common and easy to find in Italy. It is slightly smoother and more malty than the more common brands, but is basically the smaller brewer version of an easy drinking lager.

Pours pale yellow in color with a very fluffy white head that disappears quickly. Aroma is very weak. Light, gassy, a bit sweet. Taste is off. It is possible that my bottle was compromised as the taste is unusually sweet, and a bit buttery. Not something that would be expected. Usually, I do not review beers of questionable quality, but I think this needs to be added to the directory. The beer is very light bodied, as easy drinkable as water (and with similar mouthfeel too). Carbonation is low.
