Brewed in collaboration with Breakside Brewery, this complex hoppy pilsner begins with first wort Saaz followed by more Saaz and Cashmere in the boil, and finished with New Zealand Riwaka in the whirlpool.

Can from Saraveza
A clear straw yellow with a dense white head with excellent retention and lacing. The nose is initially pils gold. Straw, doughy, snappy pils malt, coupled with floral and lemony Saaz followed by a rather unwelcome tropical and fruity note from the Riwaka. Melon, berries, and tropical fruit notes grow. The palate opens clean and snappy with cracker, dough and a great hop profile. Lemon, earth, floral Saaz notes are just gorgeous. The Riwaka notes that follow are tropical and out of place with grapes, melon, kiwi-like notes. Drying, snappy, clean and floral finish. Solid, though this could easily be excellent.
