16oz can from Boise Co-op. Very pale pour, looks like white grape juice, clear, fizzy head. Sweet aroma, white bread. taste is bready, sweet, dry and has dull bitter finish. Sweetness is the main factor here. Very easy to drink.

these guys are so solid top to bottom, i literally love all of their beer, they never let me down, and this one is pretty unique, a special pils malt and mandarina bavaria hops in this, had to grab it when i saw it. they absolutely nailed this, and is curiously and impressively flavorful and complex for just a couple of ingredients, always such technical excellence from these guys. really light in the glass, lighter than yellow even pale straw toned with a fizzy white head with fine retention, lots of bubbles, and just less than perfect clarity, looks great! the nose and taste are floral and interesting from the hops, this has unique freshness about it, and its hoppy but the hops actually work to lighten it for me, meyer lemon, tangerine, grass, only middle of the road bitterness for the style, love these hops in this context. beautifully timed and dosed. the grain has a wet earthiness to it, but also a distinctive dryness, slight peppery character comes out of somewhere, and the body of this is light without feeling thin or inadequate, high carbonation really helps with that. i love the racing bubbles, i love the brightness this has, the mineral profile is excellent, its fresh all the way through, and has neat wrinkles of red apple, vanilla, and white bread. impressive quality, i wish i had a whole fridge full of these. really polished and great, a wicked showcase of these ingredients and their many synergies! occidental does it again!
