Clear pale yellow brew with abundant foam in the Hopleaf goblet. It does smell like a cut lawn. Sudsy and tangy mouthfeel. Flavor is warm and slightly malty with some crackers and a lemony finish. Just a slight sweetness and a modest bitter finish, and rather dry. But lingering pleasant flavors. Overall this is one of the better Pilsners so far this year. From the 16 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station. Dated 03/20/24.

Look: Pours a light yellow with a sudsy white head that rapidly balloons and slowly settles to a pillow, leaving great lacing behind
Aroma: Lemon-lime, cut grass, grapefruit, pine sap, soda crackers, flowers, and pilsner malt
Taste: Follows the nose well with an opening hit of lemon-lime that comes on strong and settles in. This is soon joined by a nice bouquet of jasmine, honeysuckle, cut grass, and pine that all come together atop a bed of cracker-led malt and closes with more lemon, lime, and grapefruit
Mouthfeel: Light but full, clean, medium-high carbonation, and clean and crisp on the finish
Overall: This is some good stuff. Even though part of me is a purist with Pilsners in general, I do enjoy when brewers use them as a foundation to highlight certain hop flavors since it is such a ready-made canvas with which to do it, which is the case with this one. A nice, citrusy, piney, and flower-led take on a Pilsner and refreshing and well-made to boot. Definitely worth checking out
