I had this beer on-tap in my OBF pint glass at Oregon Brewers Festival.
Appearance: pale straw hue with no haze and a moderately strong effervescence. Head is a thin layer of nice white foam.
Smell: lightly sweet malt with a nice grainy character. Very style-appropriate; a well-balanced Dortmunder.
Taste: the flavor pretty much follows the aroma. Lightly sweet and balanced, with a nice noble hop character and a low bitterness. I like it.
Mouthfeel: light body with a good level of carbonation and a good creaminess for the style. Not bad at all.
Overall: a highly drinkable beer, especially on a hot day like this. Very balanced and refreshing.
