On-tap at Old Orange Brewing. A summer wheat ale in April?! But I wanted to start off light, so on to the beer:
A half-inch of head sits on top this cloudy, orange accented yellow beer. A wee bit of lacing clings around the glass. The aroma is weak, bringing a faint note of wheat. It tastes a little better comparatively to its aroma, bringing wheat, a kiss of citrus, although this still remains plain Jane in character. There's a light taste which reminds me of toxic chemicals, although the note in this beer isn't going to kill me (just annoy my palate). Street Fair Wheat is light, somewhat crisp, and while drinkable, is very plain and mediocre, even per style.
