Fresh on-tap at Biermarkt Vom Fass, on to the beer:
Combining a pretty dark amber hue and a creamy head which is not only thick, but retains like crazy and applies itself around the glass warrant the perfect appearance score. Not far behind in the aroma, which brings dark fruits and strawberry fruit snacks to the nose. Wallace Amber Ale combines aspects of the hoppy American Amber and the fruity aspects of an ESB. Toffee at the base, dark fruits echoing around, and a strong hoppy character make Wallace delicious. As a bonus, the body is incredibly smooth, making Wallace one lovely beer.
