Just a really good use of New World hops that takes me back to when they were first being used over here in the UK
This is a easy drinking well rounded flavour with prominent citrus notes and a sharp bitterness that still manages to subtly entertain the tastebuds rather than bludgeon them.
Slightly seet aroma quite like lemon sherbets invites and the mouthfeel is easy going with a slightly over carbonated fizziness that makes it a nice start to an evenings drinking
