A twist on that most refreshing of beer styles, a light golden base, kettle soured and then flavoured with traditional coriander. Fermented with our house yeast and then dry hopped in conditioning with judicious quantities of Mosaic & Citra. A quenchingly citrus sour that’ll twist your tongue in knots.

Sampled at CBC 2016 - day 2. Hazy yellow pour with a white head. Sour fruit, a bit of lambic funk, herbal hops. Quite refreshing.
