Collaboration with Casita Cerveceria
A lime, hibiscus and chilli gose brewed with Casita Cerveceria as part of the 2017 Rainbow Project, inspired by the colour red. Pouring a vibrant red, this michelada influenced gose has rich, savoury, sweet, chocolate flavours from a wide variety of dried chillies, tamarind, and cinnamon, accentuated by the bright tart flavours of hibiscus and lime. A subtle complexity of flavours followed up by refreshing tastes from the aguas de tamarindo, Jamaica, limón, and horchata.

Clear bright rust colour. Smells juicy, a little tart, salt, lime and hibiscus nose
Tastes like a fruity medium bodied gose. Hibiscus throughout, and a lovely gose profile. Has a margarita profile. Fresh salted lime throughout that lingers. Chili lends a hint of earth but can't really taste it.

Pours a clear, vibrant red with very little foam.
Smell is quite floral with piles of lime and some blood orange.
Taste is very crisply tart. Crazy amounts of lime, and hints of salt and youghurt. The chilis make themselves known on the finish, but not over powering.
Mouthfeel is thin and sprakly.
Overall, a gose for anyone who likes limes and chilis. Very drinkable.
