Collaboration with Thornbridge Brewery
A collaborative Session IPA made with our friends at Thornbridge Brewery and brewed with flavour, mouthfeel and drinkability in mind. Malted Rye, Golden Naked Oats and Aromatic Malt were used for body and flavor. Cascade, Amarillo, Simcoe & Centennial hops were chosen for delicious bright citrus and pine aroma and flavor. The beer was fermented with WLP002 (London Ale 2) to accentuate the sweet, full body of the malt and fruit filled character of the hops.

Pours a semi clear light orange with fine, thick foam.
Smell is full of fruit, mainly peach, with som eorange and mango. Hints of tea.
Taste is very peachy with some apricot and tea. Mild bitterness, but well integrated. Wonderful balance and fruitiness.
Mouthfeel is medium, well carbonated.
Overall, another really nice IPA from Huddersfield.

CAN
Slightly hazy dirty blonde with puffy white. 4
Mellow dank, hop sack, and orange rind. 3.75
Honey granola, then a ton of grassy resin, some crust, slight citrus and some lingering dank. 3.75
Light+, clingy. 3.75
Cascade, Cryo: Amarillo, Centennial, + Simcoe
For a collab and all the cryo, not so hoppy. Golden Promise, Rye and Oats is giving this too much structure. These 2 can do better (tho maybe not so much Thornbridge anymore.)
Meh. 3.5
