A tropical IPA using house Golden Promise, Oats and Wheat for body and a little Caramalt for residual sweetness. Judiciously hopped with Simcoe, Ekuanot, HBC 438, Huell Melon and Motueka in whirlpool and dry hop. The hops adding flavours and aromas of passionfruit, melon and lime. Fermented with Brett Trois for a pineapple/mango aroma and a lightly tart and refreshing finish.

CAN
Dark brass; yellow Fruit Rollup, suntan lotion and slight tartness; wheat cracker, big papaya + mango, slight coconut, slightly funky Brett pineapple + scrapping earthy linger; dry!

Pungent. Defo some wildness from Brett Trois. Tropical but a bit too lean for me. For a Brett IPA, more Brett than IPA.

a bit murky but not too much. delicious smell of fresh orange juice with a little orange peel, then also papaya and and a deep sniff brings perfectly ripe mango as well. From a distance there is grassy hops. Taste is initially too bitter for a Thursday night palate but overall by sipping rather than gulping this brew gets really enjoyable.
