CAN
Hazy translucent tan; pineapple + cantaloupe; vague crack then tangerine sorbet, papaya, + honeydew with lemony linger; crisp + fizzy.
3.75 4 4.25 4 4.5
Ekuanot, Simcoe, Mandarina, Cascade, Simcoe, Citra + Mosaic
Colour is suspiciously insubstantial but the body follows through. Packs more hops (especially Mandarina + the light side of Citra) than some Session IPAs at 4.5%. Bonus points for ABV, but bright + easy in its own right. Instant fan of the style.

Pours a light gold, straw coloration with a small, fizzy head. Smell is bright and hoppy, with citrus/tropical notes of tangerine, papaya, guava and some light biscuity malt. Taste follows the nose, with some light biscuity malt and stronger, hoppy notes of tangerine, lime, papaya and guava that are quite dry and zesty, almost acidic. There's a light underlying grassiness and just a hint of chalk to this as well. Finishes quite dry with a medium bitterness and light hop burn coming through in the aftertaste. Light body with medium/lively carbonation.
This is nice enough for the low ABV, however, I've had a few similar brews recently and this doesn't quite live up to them. Body/mouthfeel is quite light and watery, but not *too* bad, given the low ABV. Not that juicy, being quite dry instead.
