330 ml can, as Magic Rock Murk-Life Balance Hazy Pale Ale, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 5.0%. Hazy pale yellow colour, huge white head. Pleasant aroma of citrus, pineapple and various tropical fruits. Citric flavour, not too sweet, also notes of tropical fruits. Low bitterness.

Yellow colour, strongly iridescent. White, finely bubbled foam, high and persistent, nicely coats the glass.
Hoppy aroma, fresh, juicy, fruity (citrus). It is intense, strong.
On the taste, grapefruit bitterness, gives way, but slightly, to a field of malty sweetness. Nevertheless, a taste with a dry finish.
Saturation high. Body medium plus. The texture of the liquid is smooth. Aftertaste long dry, grapefruit-like.

Poured from a 330ml can.
Pours ridiculously hazy, it's milky really , orangey -yellow with a short lived thin white head that left a tiny bit of lacing and scant visible carbonation. The smell is there but not very prominent, light sweet fruit and a touch of yeast . The taste is surprisingly not sweet at all, well rounded oranges and a spice I couldn't identify, yeastiness and a pleasant bitterness . The mouthfeel is good , not at all watery and pop like carbonation.
Overall, if you like a citrus forward beer this should suit you well , full of flavour if a little one dimensional.

440ml can.
L: Opaque, dark orange colour with two fingers of lumpy head that leaves sheets of lacing.
S: Clean, tropical fruit aroma.
T: Jammy orange, peach and apricot with a leafy, bitter finish that builds and builds.
F: Not quite medium bodied, gentle carbonation, moderately dry.
O: An ok hazy IPA. Low ABV but aftertaste is very steely and just a tad thin.

330ml can from Tesco (£1.80):
Pale golden & quite hazy with a foamy white head that's a little bubbles on the sides, starting about 1cm tall then eventually halving in size. It's a fruity nose with some pineapple & melon, faint citrus notes further on & touches of mango too, although it was quite a subdued nose. It's a juicy tasting beer with more of the same really, the citrus is a little stronger as it is the melon with some citrus hops towards the end too. The beer is quite zesty & well carbonated with a lively feel & sharp finish too.
