Once a year we receive the latest crop of hops from the US, intensely aromatic and bursting with potential they’re begging to be put to work. With three times the quantity of hops of our explosive IPA ‘Cannonball’ and even more than our flagship Double IPA ‘Human Cannonball’ we’ve created a fitting tribute to the new hop release with this our annual homage to the hop. ‘Un-Human Cannonball ‘takes IPA to another dimension-balancing massive citric aroma, deep tropical fruit flavour and gravity defying drinkability to deliver a hop experience that is out of this world. We’ve done our best for the hops, don’t let them down by ageing this beer: please drink as soon as Un-Humanly possible!

On tap at Haand Beer Festival 2013, Drammen. Hazy golden colour, moderate white head. Intense aroma of citric and piney American hops. Intensely hoppy flavour throughout, powerful as hell - but to be honest, I think the "ordinary" Human Cannonbal was better, and definitely more balanced.

CAN
Roses’ Lime + FCOJ nose; super tangerine peel, boozy hit + scrapping linger.

Hot as hell, and it ruins everything else. Intense juice is there but it gets stomped. Old can from Simon isn’t helping; Mosaic + Simcoe gone after 10 months. Too much of a good thing.

500ml can served in a tulip. 05/08/17 printed on the based of the can. Pours an apricot hue with a hazy clarity and a loose, quarter inch, off-white head that quickly dissipates towards the edges leaving a soapy froth across the center. Nose expresses candied citrus as fellas an earthy/resinous character. Taste consistent with nose with the addition of some ethanol that comes out at the finish. Mouthfeel is light-medium in body with an even carbonation and a mild acidity. Overall, my favorite cannonball beer. Top notch!

From Zombier. In Teku glass. Watching Los Soprano 6x21. Too much alcohol in mouth here for my liking. I prefer the human cannonball much more. 3 months before bb date. Repeat fresher.

On tap at CBC 2016 - day 2. Grapefruit, tropical fruit, flowery hops and honey. Nice mouthfeel, very easy to drink.
